The Effect Of Teacher Certification and Professionalism On The Performance Of State Vocational School Teachers in Kayu Agung

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher certification and professionalism on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Kayu Agung both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method with expo pacto approach. The population and sample in the study were certified teachers with a total of 81 teachers. The main technique of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research data analysis technique used t-test for simple regression analysis and f-test with multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that: 1) There is an effect of certification on the performance of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Kayu Agung. This is evidenced by the analysis of t-count = 7.663 > t-table = 3.897 and provides an influence of 13%; 2) There is an influence of teacher professionalism on the performance of teachers of state vocational schools in Kayu Agung. This is evidenced by the analysis of thitung = 5.936 > ttabel = 3.849 and provides an influence of 12.2%; 3) There is an effect of teacher certification and professionalism simultaneously on the performance of teachers of State Vocational Schools in Kayu Agung. This is evidenced by the analysis of Fcount = 13.587 > Ftable = 0¬.967, and gives an influence of 21.2%.
