eacher professionalism can be seen and assessed as an impact and stimulus response to the behavior that has been carried out in carrying out their duties, if the motivation and professionalism of educators as teachers are not in accordance with competency standards then in improving student learning outcomes a professional motivation and attitude is needed. This study aims to measure the effect of learning motivation and teacher professionalism on learning outcomes at SMA 7 Muhammadiah Sawangan Depok. This study uses a quantitative approach that is correlational by collecting all relevant data, although there are some qualitative data as supporting factors for the validity of other data such as observations, interviews and documentation. Primary data obtained directly from distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents. While the analysis used was Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 Software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously learning motivation and teacher professionalism have a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes, with a contribution of 58%. This means that this contribution is quite strong.
