When Authors will publish their work or articles in the Al Hisbah journal, they will agree with the following conditions:

1. The copyright of the accepted article will be transferred to HIS (Jurnal Al Hisbah) as the publisher of the journal. Copyright in question includes the right to publish articles in various forms (including reprints). HIS (Jurnal Al Hisbah) retains publishing rights over published articles.
2. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in an institutional repository or on their website) before and during the submission process, as it may lead to exchanges that prolific, as well as earlier and larger excerpts from published works
3. User/public use of this website will be licensed to CC BY-NC-SA (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike).
